Today year six will begin solving their war time garden puzzle. They will be allocated an area of land which they must grow as much veg on as they can for the length of the war. Whos garden will produce the most crops?

As we know the olympics are being held in Britain this year. In preparation for this, the olympic torch will travel around Britain. This begins tomorrow at Lands end (which is in Cornwall) and travels to Plymouth.

You can watch up to date videos and see the progress the torch has made on its journey using the BBC Torch relay site.

She explained where it came from, demonstrated how to attach the canister and let everyone feel the material it has been made from.
